All the damsons picked this season are now in the larder in the form of jam and chutney




Lettuce, anchovies, capers and roasted garlic with a squeeze of lemon







Making Damson chutney and other preserves is a great way of encapsulating the fruit’s sweetness, this batch will probably see us through to next year!
