- Freshly picked tomatoes
- Freshly picked basil
- 1 cap of red wine vinegar
- Pinch of sea salt
- 10 twists of pepper
- For this dish you want to slice your tomatoes into large chunks, so that you can see their beauty and all the different colours and textures.
- Place them into a large serving bowl along with a pinch of sea salt, 10 twists of pepper and a cap full of red wine vinegar.
- To finish this salad pick off freshly picked and washed basil leaves along with a little drizzle of olive oil.
